About the role
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day execution of the overall operations to ensure the optimal success for the Grab'n'Go service by maximizing sales, enhancing customer experience and consistently delivering high service standards.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate with the production kitchen to ensure that the quality of dishes meets or exceeds customer experience by ensure that the dishes that are going on display meet the required quality standards Ensure that a realistic forecast of food order is in place to benefit a hospitality business in the long run. Ensure that Qatar Airways and FSCC policies are implemented and maintained to meet the requirements and standards.
· Maintain visual merchandising standard at all time within area of responsibility to enhance the customer feedback and review experience and increase sales.
· Set up team roaster and plan overtime and holidays shifts to make sure that the outlet is adequately staffed.
· Train and guide the team to stay in line with the service excellence strategy.
· Adhere to all corporate policies and objectives concerning Food Safety and hygiene to ensure the highest level of cleanliness in the store.
· Ensure that information relating to Qatar Airways, Qatar Duty Free and its Food & Beverage operation is disseminated to the entire restaurant staff through effective daily briefing.
· Generate monthly operational reviews/reports and action plans to present insight to the Food & Beverage
· Manager regarding the quality of Front of House services as well as any encountered operational issues. Maintain breakage and equipment record to control business cost to regulate expenses.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
· Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience
· Working experience in fast paced multi units environments
· Experienced in HACCP and quality assurance implementation or Related Training
Job Specific Skills:
· Proven leadership and attainment of objectives
· Demonstrated outstanding customer care
· Computer Knowledge in Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
· Practical problem solving methods
· Comprehension of food preparation, exhibiting, and service
· Command of English language
· Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
· Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork amon team members
