Supply Chain Executive

Chef Middle East, one of the leading foodservice companies in the region, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive in our Doha brunch to oversee and manage inventory. The role involves maintaining product availability and optimizing inventory levels.


Responsibilities:


  • Must have experience in import planning and supply forecasting
  • Ensure optimum stock coverage across all products as per forecasted requirements
  • Generating supplier wise order inventory plans and coordinating with suppliers for shipment plans.
  • Generate purchase orders as per requirement and posting the same in the ERP system.
  • Regular check and follow up of delivery from suppliers.
  • Coordination with other departments – Category, Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Logistics
  • Ensuring stock availability at all times.
  • Communications and effective teamwork.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • College or University degree or at least two years related experience in a similar industry
  • Must be familiar with any ERP system and Microsoft Office suite packages.
  • Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English)
  • Excellent problem solving, organization and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Highly innovative and proactive with a tenacious work attitude.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the position
