About the role:
We are currently looking for a bright, energetic, ambitious, goal-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets, who will work closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments. In this role you will contribute to the Sales revenue through maintaining strong relationship with the established clients as well as through bringing new business opportunities. You will professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts and to ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to understand and meet the needs of guests, enhancing their experience and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
