Sales Executive for Training and Consulting

Qatar

1.     To meet or exceed the target sales quota and revenue

2.     To expand network and increase corporate client database

3.     To build long-term trusting relationships with clients

 

TASKS & DUTIES

1.      Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, training and consultancy services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition

2.      Meets and exceeds target sales quota and revenue

3.      Builds network and establish new clients too the company to expand its market share

4.      Contacting potential clients via emails or phone calls to establish rapport, set up meetings or schedule appointments and follow up quotations

5.      Propose marketing strategy, development and expansion of courses.

6.      Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

7.      Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person.

8.      Handles the sales and marketing related correspondences of the company

9.      Conduct survey, gets customer feedback and recommends client based on their training requirements for the continual improvement of our courses offered.

10.   Visits clients to attend their needs and provide solutions to customer complaints.

11.   Report to the management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

12.   Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

13.   Perform other duties assigned.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree of any related course or equivalent experience
  2. Excellent Time Management and Planning Skills
  3. Excellent knowledge of the product and services
  4. Excellent knowledge in the market and industry
  5. Excellent communication both written and verbal
  6. Good negotiation and problem solving skill
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1.     Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
