Nair Systems is currently looking Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Educational Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology,

• Engineering or any other related technical discipline.

• Master’s degree in Management/ Technology any other related discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience: 

• 7-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.

• Previous experience in Business Analysis and digital/ data-driven projects.

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in financial domain

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Capable of providing detailed reports on defects and working closely with development teams to address issues.

• Test Automation: Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Ability to automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and

• identify potential areas of improvement or risk. Capable of troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of software testing are thoroughly examined and documented. Ability to identify subtle issues and discrepancies that may impact product quality.
