Position Overview


The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will oversee Smart Jewellery’s sales and marketing functions while directly engaging with customers, supporting sales associates, and managing social media strategies. This role is essential to ensuring coordinated efforts in expanding Smart Jewellery’s customer base across Qatar’s diverse communities.


The ideal candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, and social media (especially TikTok and Instagram), with the creativity to produce engaging content and the ability to drive sales and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Coordination and Customer Engagement:

  • Supervise and organize the sales team’s activities, ensuring effective handling of customer orders, deliveries, and service inquiries.
  • Actively participate in direct customer interactions, including order placement, delivery, and after-sales services.
  • Support the team in handling diverse customer preferences from Nepali, Bangladeshi, Indian, and Pakistani communities.


Marketing and Campaign Execution:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to Smart Jewellery’s core and target customers (Nepal, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan).
  • Collaborate with the sales associates to create compelling TikTok and Instagram content, including live sessions, promotions, and engagement posts.
  • Expand social media reach by building strategies for influencer partnerships and community-focused initiatives.


Content Creation and Social Media Management:

  • Lead content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with Smart Jewellery’s brand image and customer preferences.
  • Manage Smart Jewellery’s TikTok and Instagram accounts, analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.


Market Research and Strategic Growth:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitors’ strategies in Qatar’s luxury jewelry market.
  • Suggest innovative ways to enhance Smart Jewellery’s visibility and sales within Qatar’s diverse communities.


Team Development and Training:

  • Provide guidance and training to the sales associates to improve customer service and marketing efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to meet sales and marketing objectives.

Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales and marketing, preferably in: Luxury jewellery, Luxury retail, Custom jewellery, or Luxury lifestyle products
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Fluent in Hindi/Urdu (mandatory), with proficiency in English and Nepali (preferred).
  • Female applicants are strongly preferred for this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using essential software applications, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Qatar or UAE markets, including local customer preferences.
