Detailed Responsibilities:

Continuously evaluate IT system performance metrics to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.

Analyze IT system performance and generate actionable reports. Generate comprehensive reports that summarize analytical findings and present recommendations for enhancing IT efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure IT policies and procedures are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders and integrated into daily operations.

Conduct audits and recommend improvements for IT operations. Design and implement indicators to measure the effectiveness of IT policies and procedures, ensuring data is collected systematically for ongoing monitoring.

Analyze collected data and provides insights that drive continuous improvements in IT

service delivery.

Contribute to the preparation of the Operational Plan by aligning IT strategy with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Prepare periodic reports detailing implementation progress and the impact of IT initiatives on the company's overall goals.

Conduct regular audits of IT operations to assess system performance, compliance with policies, and operational efficiency.

Propose actionable improvements based on findings to enhance system performance and address identified deficiencies.

Develop Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects, the creation of Power BI dashboards.

Support the planning and execution of future projects aimed at enhancing the company’s digital capabilities, contributing to the overall strategy for digital transformation.

Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation detailing system architecture, operational processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

Conduct benchmarking exercises against industry standards to evaluate performance and identify best practices.

Any other related duties and tasks.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT performance analysis, project management, or related roles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.

Bilingual (Arabic and English speaker) preferred with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
