We are looking for a CRM Manager with experience in the automotive sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, be skilled in data analysis, and have the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction, tailored to the unique demands of the automotive market.
• Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, identify trends, and create targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer segments.
• Work closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates through personalized engagement strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the CRM team to drive consistent performance and align CRM efforts with business objectives.
• Track key CRM metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvements in customer service and engagement.

Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM managerial roles within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools commonly used in the automotive sector
• Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create data-backed strategies for customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead a team, fostering collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
