- Identify all interface points concerning the Responsibility Matrix and Scope of Work (SOW).
- Determine necessary Interface Agreements (IAs) based on identified interface points.
- Categorize Interface Agreements by criticality to prioritize actions effectively.
- Arrange technical inputs as per the External Responsibility Matrix from various contractors to support engineering activities.
- Maintain close coordination with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration.
- Facilitate meetings with contractors and the company to resolve interface-related concerns.
- Maintain and update the Interface Register to ensure all interface-related data aligns with integration activities and configurations.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of relevant activities, decisions, and updates regarding interfaces.
- Inform and report to Project Management on all interface matters, including Level 3 interfaces.
- Enable effective targeting of resources to resolve critical interfaces and mitigate risks to the project.
- Demonstrate the capability to understand engineering deliverables and their relevance to Interface Agreements.
- Prepare and secure approval of Interface Agreements with all relevant parties as per the Responsibility Matrix.
- Identify relevant engineering deliverables required for specific Interface Agreements.
- Request support from other departments as and when needed and organize specific coordination interface meetings when appropriate.
- Guide and support the interface team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Background can be Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical (Preferably E&I) but have relevant experience in Interface
