Senior HR Business Partner - Ahmedabad,India

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR  team based in Ahmedabad,India as Senior HR Business Partner.

 You will lead the HR team & provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to business leaders on HR policies, procedures and processes.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Lead on all HR matters by acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Leadership on human capital management matters.
  • Understand the business units commercial strategy, activities and needs and connect with them to provide specific HR solutions.
  • Focus  on aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy and practices to support robust business growth, reinforce a culture of performance and align with Group HR policy.
  • Use business understanding and data analytics, develop HR strategy and actionable HR insights and solutions to drive initiatives that benefit and align to the business strategy.
  • Build a high performance culture by delivering programmes that recognise and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience and performance, and ensure that reward systems are market based, equitabke ad cost -effective.
  • Ensure that in all aspects of employee experience is positive and engagement efforts are driven across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.  A recognized accreditation in HR  is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8  years’ HR related job experience within an International company
  • Proven people management skills, including experience in employee relations; legal awareness of the Indian market, strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
