Role Description:
The PMO will oversee all project management aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves setting project frameworks, governance, managing timelines, and coordinating between different stakeholders and freelance project managers.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
Develop and implement project management protocols and governance frameworks.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
Coordinate and lead internal teams and freelance project managers to align project objectives and business goals.
Monitor project risks and scope creep to ensure project success.
Report on project status and adjustments to management as needed.
Improve project methodologies and practices based on learnings

Technical Qualifications:
- Project Management:
- Expertise in managing AI projects, understanding AI lifecycle and requirements.
- Methodologies:
- Proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Coordination:
- Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
