Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in IT or International Business; 6+ years in international banking IT. Experience with SWIFT, Remittance systems, Screening solutions. AML solutions, and cross-border transaction platforms preferred.
Role Profile Summary
- Provides IT support for International Banking Group, focusing on technology solutions for cross-border operations, compliance, and global banking needs. Ensures systems and processes meet international banking requirements
Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills are crucial, enabling the Solutions Architect to identify and address technical challenges while developing innovative IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and stakeholders.
- An adept IT Solutions Architect should have a comprehensive grasp of multiple programming languages like Java, C++, Python, and Ruby, to skillfully create and deploy intricate software solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management to convey complex technical concepts, align business objectives with IT strategies, and deliver comprehensive solutions within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
