About the role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing Digital Media campaigns across various online platforms to promote Qatar Airways offers and services. Your will design, implement and evaluate effective digital media campaign and strategies by using knowledge of digital tools and markets. Reporting on digital media campaign will also fall in your scope of work.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Social Media and display advertising platforms
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights in order to achieve campaign goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies by conducting planning meetings and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conduct conversion tests in order to optimize the budgets and derive insights for future campaigns
- Evaluate emerging technologies & provide thought leadership & perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Create and manage digital campaign budgets to ensure they are optimized and adhered to KPls
- Negotiate and purchase digital advertising space and time slots with various media outlets and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing with in airline or agency or top tier brands
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta and other Social Media and Display Platforms
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Advanced levels of knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics)
- Working knowledge of GMP stack
