Job Purpose

As the Lead of Business Support, you will play a key role in optimizing communication, streamlining processes, and driving informed decision-making for the Compression Project. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of strategic reporting solutions, contributing to the project's overall success.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Reporting Solutions: Design and implement integrated reporting frameworks to support Compression’s objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders across Shared Services to identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of information distribution, minimizing manual interventions.
  • System Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of reporting tools, ensuring they adapt to evolving business needs.
  • User Adoption: Promote widespread adoption through training, user-friendly interfaces, and consistent support.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all distributed project data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance reporting solutions to meet the demands of a dynamic business environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data reporting aligns with relevant security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business-related discipline.
  • Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years in large-scale project environments within the oil and gas or a similar industry.
  • Expertise in business management, project controls, and advanced analytics tools.
  • At least 3 years leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SharePoint).
  • In-depth understanding of project control and management principles.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to innovate, solve problems, and empower teams.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability.
