Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth across various industries. The role offers a hybrid or office-based working environment in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities and emerging markets within assigned industries.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, pitch products/services, and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Networking: Enhance brand visibility and build networks through industry events and meetings.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales activities, provide progress updates, and forecast revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles in relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with Qatar’s market dynamics and business culture.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote and office-based).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Qatar.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A strong professional network in the relevant industry.
