Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across various industries, including Real Estate, IT, Hospitality, Maritime Shipping, Oil & Gas, Marketing, and Manufacturing. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence in Qatar while working in a hybrid or office-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within your assigned industry.
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads, pitch products/services, and develop lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and build a robust network.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and set pricing structures.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, provide regular progress reports, and forecast revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful business execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles, ideally in industries such as Real Estate, IT, Hospitality, Maritime Shipping, Oil & Gas, Marketing, or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with market dynamics and business culture in Dubai or Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment (remote and office-based).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Qatar
- Fluency in English
- A strong professional network within the relevant industry.
