  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiar with all procurement activities and provisions such as HVAC, plumbing & Firefighting systems for building construction Projects.
  • Study the project scope of works, clients' requirement, BOQ, project mile to procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
  • To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
  • To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program
  • All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.


Skills

  • Prepare documentation for internal process as per company Standards.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • 10 to 15 years similar experience in MEP contracting company in the Middle East region
  • Effective communication skills
