The Role?
To give utmost quality and detailed training to learners in line to the latest standards and industry norms while continuously improving company's training services.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Identify and assess learner needs, and create effective learning options to meet those needs
- Provide support in planning, designing and developing training materials and assessment instruments in line with awarding body requirements
- Deliver training using a variety of training aids and appropriate resources to suit learner needs
- Ensure effective content coverage by analyzing outcomes of the program and work placements
- Establish clear objectives for all workshops, activities and projects
- Delivers Electrical Habilitation L1 for Non-Electricians
- Assessing Non-Electricians in line to NFC 18-510 norms
- Delivers Electrical Habilitation L2 for Electricians
- Assessing Electricians in line to NFC 18-510 norms and their competency
- Incorporates different safety practices and standards to all courses conducted
- Delivers Incident Free Induction by North Oil Company for their employees, contractors and third parties
- Attends Technical Meetings with clients for clarification and queries of courses
- Check and ascertain if Certificates issued to delegates are correct and in line to NFC 18510 norms
- Follows Safety Flash Program by Regional QHSE Engineer and incorporating it to the program
- Attends QHSE meeting for continuous self-improvement, awareness and guidance
- Establish and deliver training courses as required by company
- Conduct duties required by company in line with capability
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
- 3 years' experience in Mechanical, Electrical or technical trade
- Competent in MS Office systems
Preferred:
- 3 years of Electromechanical/HSE Trainer and Assessor
- Training Qualification for teaching and or assessing
