Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer - HVAC to lead a team of HVAC technicians in fulfilling the requirements of maintenance contracts. The role involves managing the repair, maintenance, inspection, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians to meet the requirements of maintenance contracts.
• Oversee the repair, maintenance, inspection, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed to high-quality standards and within agreed timelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address HVAC-related requirements and concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of engineering experience in HVAC/refrigeration and facilities maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
