Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships via telephone. The role will involve both inbound and outbound calls, along with follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services, and generate new business opportunities.
  2. Customer Communication: Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product information, and effectively address customer queries.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate with customers and assist in their decision-making process.
  4. Sales Support: Assist in closing sales, following up on leads, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with their purchases.
  5. Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with accurate information, including call outcomes and follow-ups.
  6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Market Research: Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends to help improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telemarketing tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
