We are looking for Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Position Overview: To manage and optimize our Ivanti IT Service Management platform. This role requires a dynamic problem solver who will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system configurations, customizations, and integrations to enhance IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Design, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform to support IT service management processes.
  • Customization: Customize and configure modules including Incident, Request Offering, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, and Asset Management.
  • Workflow Development: Develop and implement workflows, forms, templates, and business reporting according to organizational requirements.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations with other IT systems and tools, ensuring seamless connectivity with monitoring systems, automation tools, and asset management databases.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Ivanti Neurons ITSM system.
  • User Administration: Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct application release testing and upgrades.
  • Optimization Solutions: Implement solutions to enhance the platform’s performance and reliability across the business.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • ITIL Alignment: Align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices and conduct regular reviews for enhancements.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a Service Operations environment within a corporate enterprise organization.
  • High-level experience with Ivanti ITSM/ITAM modules.
  • Familiarity with SQL connectors and reporting is a plus but not essential.

  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM platform administration in large enterprise environments.

  1. Ivanti ITSM/ITAM Platform Administration
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Ivanti ITSM (Service Management) and ITAM (Asset Management) modules.
  • Expertise in customizing core modules such as Incident Management, Request Offering, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue, and Asset Management.
  1. Workflow Automation & Configuration
  • Ability to create and modify workflows, forms, templates, and automated processes to streamline IT service operations.
  • Proficiency in Ivanti’s workflow engine and business rule creation for automation.
  1. SQL & Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases, creating custom reports, and performing data analysis.
  • Ability to work with SQL connectors for integration purposes and generate business intelligence reports from Ivanti data.
  1. Scripting & Programming
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for customization, automation, and integrations within Ivanti.
  • Experience with Ivanti's scripting tools for custom functionality.
  1. System Integration & API Management
  • Experience with integrating Ivanti ITSM with other IT systems, tools, and databases (e.g., monitoring systems, automation tools, CMDBs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns for connecting Ivanti with external systems.
  1. Data Management & Integrity
  • Experience managing data integrity within the Ivanti platform.
  • Ability to perform data migrations, reconciliations, and ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
  1. Platform Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in monitoring Ivanti platform performance and identifying issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting platform issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  1. Application Testing & Release Management
  • Experience with application release testing to ensure new updates or customizations do not impact system functionality.
  • Ability to manage upgrades and ensure minimal downtime.
  1. User Access Control & Security
  • Expertise in role-based access control (RBAC) and administering user roles and permissions within Ivanti to ensure secure access and operational compliance.
  1. Configuration Management
  • Experience in managing configuration items (CIs) in Ivanti’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle management (tracking and managing IT assets, software, and hardware).
  1. ITIL Framework Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices, particularly as it applies to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog Management.
  1. Cloud Computing & Virtualization
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and how Ivanti integrates with these platforms.
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V, especially as it relates to asset and service management.
  1. ServiceNow Integration (Optional)
  • Knowledge of integration capabilities between Ivanti and other platforms like ServiceNow, for organizations using both or migrating between platforms.
  1. Reporting & Business Intelligence Tools
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Ivanti’s own reporting tools for custom dashboards and performance reports.
