As Corporate Planning Analyst – Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in the business intelligence and reporting of Qatar Airways’ partnerships. This position will be responsible for overseeing the data management, performance reporting, and data integrity which will help improve decision making and formulate recommendations to the management.
This role falls under Alliance and Airline Partnership within Corporate Planning
Key accountabilities:
1. Business Intelligence Reporting:
a. Design, create and maintain reporting on Airline Partner performance on Partner performance at regular and ad-hoc basis.
b. Lead Tableau dashboard creation to drive insights and identify opportunities across CP partnerships.
c. Troubleshoot and update dashboards on regular basis based on department requirements and inputs from Senior leaderships.
d. Work closely with IT and Commercial BI teams to implement best practice and implement adoption across the department.
2. Data Set Testing:
a. Be the focal point for UAT testing and feedback between business stakeholders and IT.
b. Partner with IT to help drive fast adoption of partnerships related data requirement development.
3. Data Analysis
a. Perform adhoc and regular analysis with both internal flown data and industry data to identify opportunity and trends.
b. Support preparation and monitoring of annual Partnerships targets.
4. Requirement Gathering
a. Partner with management to identify opportunities and requirements to improve reporting.
b. Support discussion with IT to help design and implement CP partnership requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 3 years of job-related experience with deep understanding of commercial aviation strategic planning and business management
· Strong Experience in Smart Presentations, Reporting, Dashboard design, Data Analysis and requirements gathering
· Statistical analysis, data management and Analytics using various tools i.e. VBA, MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau, Powerpoint
· Track record of managing cross-functional projects
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
