• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, Laptops, Printers, and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
• Analyzing System Errors, health checks, Corrective Maintenance and Performance tuning of crucial infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations
• Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
• Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.
• Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.
• Managing printer servers and cloud printing.
• Pushing periodic Windows updates, McAfee Antivirus Package & security patches
• Customizing applications on Citrix VDI Servers and client support for call center, premium dealer, franchise and retails branches
• Installation and troubleshooting of MFP Printers, scanner and other peripherals.
• Hard disk demagnetization for write systems to secure data loss.
• POC testing and post launch Support for new applications and application version upgrade.
• VPN Client validation, installation troubleshooting.
• Extent Support for in-house/offshore events and promotions.
• Operating System Deployment (OSD) & Upgrade using Microsoft SCCM.
