Manage transformation of Group Sourcing and Procurement processes through technology solutions by supporting the design and implementation of new ways of working. Ensure on time delivery of ERP transformation project from sourcing and procurement perspective, champion the transition towards digital and touchless operations, support the development and implementation automation initiatives, serve as a SME to the Project, help redefining and transforming the sourcing and procurement function to achieve operational excellence, efficiency and strategic alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Create proposals to optimize Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier relations and Logistics operations and leverage data driven insights to drive efficiency and value creation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic
- Create and propose business process enhancements, encompassing vision, objectives, goals & actionable plans to drive streamlined Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier relations and Logistics operations.
- Analyze process flow charts and propose simplification initiatives across sourcing and procurement processes eliminating redundancies, minimizing barriers and enhancing user experience.
Operational
- Serve as SME for one of the Global Procurement streams: Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier relations or Logistics, understand current state, and define the future state and contribute to define the implementation approach to achieve the project goals.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization and process streamlining across the back-office organization.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in end-to-end processes, workflows to reduce complexities and improve productivity.
- Promote transition towards self-service and touchless processing by optimizing processes and implementing automation solutions.
- Support and contribute to change management efforts ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, new ways of working within sourcing, procurement and across the organization.
- Work with line manager to contribute in developing the overall Business case for the ERP project and ensure realization of committed benefits for sourcing and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, policies and maintaining integrity in operations.
- Establish system driven governance fostering transparency, accountability and integrity.
- Support teams in charge with data management activities including cleaning, standardizing, governing and migrating to new system as and when required.
- Coordinate training and change management activities for Sourcing activities ensuring smooth transition to new ways of working.
- Provide guidance and support to ERP functional teams in process design, process improvement and process management.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
About You
- External & Internal: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
- University degree/preferably having professional qualifications.
- 6+ years of experience in business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle/SAP).
- 4+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field.
- 3+ years of aviation industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
Preferred
- Professional Certifications in Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
- Minimum of 6+ years of SAP S4 Hana/Oracle Fusion Project Execution/management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/ITIL in a regulated environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Job Specific Skills:
Essential
- Command of English language.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping & process flow analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in the sourcing and procurement processes of aviation industry.
- Knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
Preferred
- Expertise in software delivery best practice.
- Experience in sourcing and procurement transformation.
- Data and access governance experience.
