Job Responsibilities 1
- Provide specialized plastic and reconstructive surgical consultations, evaluations, and treatment plans for patients.
- Perform a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, liposuction, and body contouring.
- Perform reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital deformities, burns, and post-cancer reconstruction.
- Lead and mentor a team of plastic surgeons, residents, fellows, nurses, and support staff within the plastic surgery department.
- Provide guidance on clinical management, surgical techniques, and patient care protocols in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous professional development among plastic surgery staff.
- Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction in plastic surgery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards relevant to plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, peer evaluations, and quality improvement projects to optimize patient care pathways.
- Engage in teaching, supervision, and mentorship of medical students, residents, plastic surgery fellows, and allied health professionals.

- Contribute to plastic surgery research studies, publications, and presentations at national and international conferences.
- Stay updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and treatments, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other specialty departments, including dermatology, oncology, and orthopedics, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings to ensure coordinated care and optimal surgical outcomes.

Job Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Plastic Surgery Consultant (Mandatory).
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year’s work experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
