A Retail Store Manager in Qatar's biggest PC gaming store will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store by managing team to provide excellent customer service and the best shopping experience.
The ideal candidate needs to complete tasks related to inventory tracking and must be a confident salesperson to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, replenishment, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
- Assigns duties to relevant employees
- Training staffs and monitoring their daily performances
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Track and manage inventory at store
- Push and encourage the team to achieve the target
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels and pricing accordingly
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and encourages staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and inventory management
- Collaborate with other managers and corporate teams to share best practices and ensure the success of the store
- Must obtain good product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
- Strong customer service, management, people and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed business decisions.
