Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing administration support for smooth functioning on daily basis for the team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform diversified, advance and confidential administrative and a secretarial support. Handle a wide variety of situations.
• In consultation with the team, generate business documentation, presentations and creation of spreadsheet preparation and distribution
• Attend meetings, take notes and coordinate travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school qualification and above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience is a plus point but not mandatory 
• Command of English language – Written and Spoken
• Microsoft Office mainly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Manage work under fast paced business environment
• Attitude to Openness to feedback as well as passion to support.
• High confidentiality management skill
• Experience in secretarial roles is a strong plus
