The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in various areas within the firm, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the firm's inclusive and diverse culture. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from legal PA duties such as managing logistics for hearings, processing expense claims, coordinating internal communications, and supporting financial performance, to office administrative tasks including regulatory filings, visa/work permit processing, new hire onboarding, and maintaining office facilities. The candidate will also be involved in matter management processes, ensuring compliance with best practice protocols, and managing office health and safety matters.
Candidates should have experience in a similar environment, demonstrating a highly organised and motivated approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Strong technical skills across Microsoft packages are essential, and being an Arabic speaker is an advantage.
