- Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards, and costing.
- Coordinates and facilitates the procurement requirements of the program office based on the procurement policy guidelines.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs quality and delivery requirements.
- Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance
- Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance continuously according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement.
- Creates purchase orders, ensuring relevant procurement procedures have been applied and all supporting documentation is attached
- Ensuring that invoices received is reconciled with purchase orders created and by matching receipts to purchase orders
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases and ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Bachelors degree in business administration with minimum 8 years of experience in GCC
- must be available in Doha for face to face interview
