Job Overview

The E-Commerce Executive role at Raf Health Care is a full-time, mid-level position based in Doha. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in managing e-commerce platforms, data analysis, and customer relationship management. The position involves overseeing various aspects of our e-commerce operations to ensure seamless online transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • E-commerce Platforms Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and optimizing various e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and sales.
  • Data Analysis (Mandatory skill): Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data and make informed business decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • SEO Optimization: Experience in optimizing web content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage and monitor inventory levels to meet sales and operations requirements.
  • Content Management: Skillful in creating, updating, and maintaining product descriptions, images, and other website content.
  • Online Advertising: Proficiency in online advertising techniques to drive traffic and sales, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance online visibility and overall sales.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and overall online performance.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels meet customer demand and operational requirements.
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and other website content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC, to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance the brands online presence and engage with the target audience.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
