We are currently recruiting for Technical Training Instructor to work under technical training department based in Doha, Qatar.
You will be designing training courses, conducting training sessions, assessing the training's impact, and providing one-on-one mentorship to staff in technical department to ensure staff have completed all mandatory training requirements and gained required knowledge, skill and attitude to perform the assigned job roles.
Operational Accountabilities;
- Responsible for development, review and update of training material with the current regulatory references
and company procedures that will ensure the staff are trained with the latest information. - Prepare and deliver instructions, and facilitate learning of trainees in associate training course. Assess the
learning outcomes of trainee at the subject and course level. - Develop and/or update training notes, presentations for the delivery of QCAR Part 66 basic modules
(Module 9 and Module 10) and relevant Part 145 courses. - Develop and validate examination questions to ensure the examination question bank has adequate
examination questions to conduct planned training examinations. - Perform duties as examiner/invigilator on examinations in compliance with published procedures, ensuring
all examinations are conducted to the approved standards. - Evaluate and measure trainees’ progress and recommend additional trainings, if required.
- Maintain instructor/examiner qualifications in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Identify training issues and propose improvements to the training supervisor so as to improve training
standards. - Complete accurately the training records in training management system achieving efficient processing of
training certificates. - Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience
- Highschool qualification or Vocational / Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years job related experience
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years job related experience
- Must have completed the Train the Trainer course.
- Successfully completed EASA/QCAR Part 66 Basic Training Modules Module 9 and Module 10
- Proficiency of English language to support delivery of QCAR Part 66 Modules/ Part 145 training
