Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
Duties and Responsibility:
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement engaging and creative social media content (text, image, and video).
Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, sales, and product development) to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Plan and execute social media campaigns and track their success.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers and partners.
Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Address issues or negative feedback on social media platforms professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to manage online reputation.
Plan, allocate, and monitor the social media marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- Experience with social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience in running social media campaigns and tracking their performance.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design to create engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about social media and staying updated with industry changes.
- Preferred Arab Nationality.
