• 5 - 6 years of experience in IT/Software sales. (ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Document Management Systems (DMS), HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), or other enterprise software products)
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including closing deals and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• MBA graduate with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
