DUBIMED – QATAR Branch is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Devices Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of medical devices and equipment for dermatology and aesthetic clinics, along with a proven track record of success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products using effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Provide product information and deliver product samples.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive, trust-based relationships with medical representatives to influence decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for reporting and feedback in our CRM system.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest medical data.
- Possess profound knowledge and experience in medical device design.
- Oversee the functions of biomedical technicians, particularly in equipment installation and maintenance.
- Provide training on biomedical equipment to relevant staff.
- Evaluate biomedical equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the dermatology and aesthetic field in Qatar (required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and current medical issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
- Proficiency in Arabic / Arabic Native Speaker (required).
