Job Overview:

As a General Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance teams and facility operations. Your role will ensure that all systems are functioning efficiently, maintenance tasks are completed promptly, and safety standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance teams.

-Ensure that all building systems are running efficiently, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.

-Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff.

-Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency maintenance requests.

-Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.

-Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.

-Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and manage inventory of supplies.

-Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Supervisor or similar role in facility management and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Engineering Diploma or related technical fields.
• English and Arabic language is advance
