The role? 

Handles course registration, logistics, coordination, and administrative support. Critical Contacts and Relationships:

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • Manages day-to-day administrative operations of the HSE Academy, including course registration, participant communication, facilitators communication, F&B, stationary and logistical arrangements.
  • Maintains records of training attendance and certifications.
  • Provides administrative support to instructors, facilitators, and participants as needed.
  • Oversees the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other technological platforms used for course delivery and administration.
  • Provides technical support to users, troubleshoots system issues, and ensures data integrity and security.
  • Identifies opportunities for technological enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs. Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities


Requirements

Essential:

  • Min 2-3 yrs. of experience as office administrator, with experience in trainings in oil & gas industry
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Oil and Gas sector experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in administrative or relevant training are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Hindi language and knowledge of Urdu and Malayam would be advantageous.
