Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while retaining current customers.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on new opportunities.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Client Management: Address client complaints, ensure receivables are settled, and provide solutions for improving customer relations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in business development, preferably in logistics or maritime operations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics, business development strategies, marketing, and customer segmentation. Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
