Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while retaining current customers.
- Marketing: Implement and manage marketing initiatives that add value to logistics projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on new opportunities.
- Competitor Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Client Management: Address client complaints, ensure receivables are settled, and provide solutions for improving customer relations.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in business development, preferably in logistics or maritime operations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics, business development strategies, marketing, and customer segmentation. Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
