Job Description

As the Spa Receptionist you play a key role as the our guests first impression of the spa is in your hands. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions are pleasant and service oriented. You are expected to be knowledgeable with regards to the spa offerings, types of treatments, availability of appointments, cost of treatments, and other relevant information. Aside from your clerical tasks, you should be ready to assist with requests such as spa tours, promotional offerings, and site inspections.

Qualifications

  • strong admin skills (MS office, Opera, telephone etiquette)
  • Organized, responsible, guest oriented
  • minimum 2 years' experience in 5* hotel spa
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
