Job Description
Entertainment Manager - Hotel
Entertainment Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing entertainment activities and events for hotel guests. This role requires creativity, strong leadership, and organizational skills to ensure guests have enjoyable and engaging experiences.
- Design, plan, and coordinate entertainment programs (e.g., AV, live music, themed nights, events, kids' activities, sports' activities, etc.).
- Ensure the entertainment schedule aligns with guests' preferences and the hotel’s brand.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team for Entertainment operations.
- Coordinate team members schedules and manage their performance to ensure high-quality entertainment.
- Interact with hotel guests to understand their entertainment needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage the entertainment budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining a high-quality entertainment experience.
- Negotiate with vendors, performers, and contractors for the best rates while keeping within budget limits.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Continuously innovate and refresh entertainment offerings to keep the program exciting and aligned with industry trends.
- Coordinate with external performers and event service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in entertainment management, hospitality, or event planning in a similar capacity for at least 4 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Russian and Turkish languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and innovation skills to design engaging programs.
- Ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Exceptional guest service orientation and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
