  • Develop engaging event concepts that appeal to different demographics, ensuring activities are interactive and enjoyable for children and adults alike.
  • Secure sponsorships for events by identifying potential sponsors, creating proposals, and maintaining relationships to enhance event offerings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for event setup, catering, entertainment, and décor.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Promote events through newsletters, social media, and community noticeboards to maximize attendance and participation.
  • Collaborate with property management to align events with community goals and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Provide on-site coordination during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Gather feedback from residents post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement for future activities.
  • Maintain an events calendar to ensure a diverse range of activities throughout the year, catering to the interests of all residents.
  • Organize and lead a team to effectively execute events, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
  • Serve as a public representative during events, actively engaging with attendees and speaking in both English and Arabic.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning, preferably within residential communities or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents of all ages.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging event concepts for children, mothers, women, and sports enthusiasts.
  • Proven ability to secure sponsorships and partnerships for events.
  • Active and effective public speaker, fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to organize and lead a team in executing events collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, event promotion, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
