The Project Manager will work closely with the Section Head – Strategic PMO to manage and support the execution of key strategic and operational projects across the bank. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure they align with the bank’s objectives and meet quality, budget, and timeline specifications. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project dependencies, and play a key role in resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
implement a bank-wide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions. They will define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management. Additionally, the Project Manager will integrate industry best practices, work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry.
- Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and execution.
