About the Role:

Al Masaood Energy is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated sales executive to be a part of a great team based at Doha, Qatar. If successful, you will be responsible for PPE / Safety equipment sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the quality and consistency of safety equipment and PPE product delivery.
  • Achieve sales revenue and profit targets within the assigned territory, as set by the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and/or Business Development Divisional Head, specifically for PPE and safety equipment.
  • Lead and develop the Sales and Support Team, focusing on PPE and safety equipment expertise.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets and objectives in the PPE and safety equipment sector.
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer base while exploring new opportunities for PPE and safety equipment customers and vendors within the designated territory.
  • Identify customer requirements, provide suitable safety equipment solutions, and explore new business development opportunities in the PPE sector.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective service, technical support, and prompt after-sales assistance for PPE and safety products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers of safety equipment and PPE products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities in the PPE and safety sector against company objectives.
  • Document and report activities in accordance with the company's standards and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, benchmarking practices and processes against international PPE and safety codes.
  • Collaborate closely on customer quotes and tenders and manage sales orders and delivery notes for PPE and safety equipment through ERP systems.




Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of PPE and safety equipment, including industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the PPE or safety equipment industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales and support team.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored safety solutions that meet regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems for processing sales orders, quotes, and delivery notes.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate sales performance against objectives.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with international PPE and safety equipment standards and best practices.
  • Technical knowledge related to engineering applications and safety solutions is an advantage..
