This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Doha, Qatar

Role Description.

Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders - Coordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and resource allocation - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are being met and any changes are effectively communicated and implemented - Manage and report on project budget, expenses, and financial forecasting, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and regulations - Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure project objectives are met - Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs and expectations are being met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within High Rise Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, PMP certification is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as relevant regulations and quality standards from a developer side.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficient in project management software and tools, and experienced in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
