Job Title: Senior Manager – Deals Advisory

Location: Doha, Qatar

Department: Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory


Role Purpose: As a Senior Manager – Deals Advisory/Corporate Finance, you will be pivotal in leading and managing our corporate finance advisory services, focusing on capital market transactions, deal advisory, feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence, and transaction advisory. You will drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.



Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

  • Support with pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate finance advisory space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals, engagement letters, and marketing materials.


Project Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence engagements, and other corporate finance advisory services.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate complex transactions and achieve their business objectives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead deal advisory mandates spanning corporate financing and deal advisory transactions both on the buy & sell side, overseeing the entire process from initial pitch to successful closing.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new deal opportunities through networking, market analysis, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust deal pipeline, leveraging industry relationships and market insights to source high-quality transactions aligned with client objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their business endeavors.


Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients, articulating complex financial concepts and findings clearly and concisely.
  • Develop long-term client relationships, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.


Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage deep expertise in corporate finance, feasibility studies, valuation reporting, and due diligence to provide high-value advisory services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure the firm's services remain relevant and competitive.
  • Review and maintain complex financial models to support performance analysis, forecasting, feasibility studies, valuations, and decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling outcomes.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to develop optimal deal structures and negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate alternative transaction structures, considering tax implications, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies to maximize value and minimize potential liabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance advisory, with a strong focus on feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a consulting, advisory, or investment banking environment (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific software.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
