Operations Manager

The ideal candidate Should be able to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.


Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Should have Excellent Knowledge about Products like Indoor Lightings, Outdoor Lightings, LED Lights, Switches & Sockets and other Electrical items.
  • Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments regularly.
  • Monitor daily operations of corporate sales and retail showroom business and address potential issues when they arise
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with the standards of the company.
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability in both retail and corporate sales.
  • Lead and manage the operations and supply chain team responsible for existing configured products and for future orders.
  • Led cross-functional project teams to work on gross margin improvement projects, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Logistics, and sales teams.
  • Define inventory goals for and work on projects to improve inventory turns, reduce stockouts, and reduce deadweight to meet goals.
  • Define the planning and purchasing policies and monitor the regular activities of the procurement team to optimize purchasing & inventory.
  • Manage the sales forecast for configured products that drives our materials plan in an effective way.
  • Maintain our duty mitigation program and drive opportunities for additional savings with new product implementation.
  • Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits in both projects and retail showrooms.
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that move the company’s overall goals in the right direction.
