Operations and Project Coordinator - MyriadBeauty

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure all operational processes across logistics, inventory, e-commerce,
  • retail, and sales are implemented effectively and run smoothly.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any operational issues that
  • may arise.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion,
  • ensuring that all details are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to align on project goals,
  • timelines, and deliverables.
  • Administrative Coordination:
  • Handle administrative tasks related to leasing requirements, fit-out
  • processes, contractor management, and warehouse implementation.
  • Manage the submission of licenses, permits, and other necessary
  • documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with contractors, vendors, and internal
  • teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Team Growth and HR Support:

  • Work closely with HR to assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new
  • team members, contributing to the growth and development of the Myriad
  • Beauty team.
  • Provide support in team training and development initiatives, ensuring that
  • all team members are aligned with operational processes and standards.

Strategic Support:

  • Work directly with mangment to provide strategic support in decision-
  • making and the execution of company goals.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to
  • support mangment in strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a

related field.

  • Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a similar
  • role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
  • effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
