Purchasing Assistant - Advanced Construction Technology Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Procurement Officer with processing purchase orders, tracking, and updating orders in the system.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and meet company standards.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, follow up on deliveries, and address any issues.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate shipping and import activities for both domestic and international orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and handle customs documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in auditing procurement transactions to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Liaise with department supervisors to monitor stock levels and ensure necessary materials are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient supply levels and minimize delays.
  • Support price negotiations and contract terms to optimize costs and service agreements.
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and generate procurement reports for management as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
