About the Job:
Assist the Manager QR Shafallah to coordinate all matters relating to handling of Shafallah special needs individuals. Ensure that all queries/ concerns are dealt with in a speedy and effective manner.
Key accountabilities include:
· Monitor the system changes I updates in staff records of special needs individuals (GEMS, Staff Travel, HRES) as required
· Handle all work related materials as required by Shafallah special needs individuals
· Responsible for handover of special needs individuals to their respective parents/guardians after duty hours and maintain log for the same
· Ensure cleanliness of work environment for Shafallah special needs individuals
· Assist the Manager QR Shafallah in handling day-to-day tasks related to Shafallah special needs individuals.
· Assist Manager QR Shafallah to improve the working conditions and help special needs individuals to adjust and adapt themselves to the working environments
· Translate official documents from English to Arabic and vice-versa.
· Liaise with the parents of Shafallah special needs individuals as required
· Maintain report of daily tasks accomplished by the team and handover to Manager QR Shafallah. Escalate matters to Manager QR Shafallah

· Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
Previous Experience:
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Job Specific Skills:
· Applicable knowledge of QR policies, HR policies, internal LOP, applicable SLAs.
· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with employees, management, HR, QRC, and medical professionals.
· Good interpersonal and people skills to effectively address and communicate with staff, team members, management, HR.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
· Time management skills.
· Ability to foster teamwork among team members. Flexible and be able to adapt to multi-cultural work environment.
· Ability to prepare reports, memos and drafts for Senior Management perusal will be a plus.
