Job Purpose:
Supporting the brand , this associate-level position focuses on executing trade and brand marketing initiatives across all UAE stores. The role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and driving customer engagement through in-store activations and local marketing strategies. This position is critical in maintaining brand visibility and supporting sales growth within the region.
Responsibilities:
Execute Trade and Brand Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement trade and brand marketing campaigns across stores, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Coordinate Promotional Campaigns: Plan and coordinate in-store promotions and activations, working closely with store managers to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and in-store displays, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Drive Customer Engagement: Implement customer engagement strategies through in-store activations, loyalty programs, and community events.
Support in Training and Menu Development: Assist in training staff on new products, promotions, and brand standards, as well as support menu development initiatives.
Assist in Implementation and Roll Out : Collaborate with vendors and suppliers roll out initiatives and ensure brand guardrails are followed.
Support Communication of Standards and Procedures: Provide clear and effective communication of marketing standards and procedures to store teams, ensuring they are well understood and implemented.
Measure and Report Campaign Effectiveness: Track and report the effectiveness of trade and brand marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, QA, and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated and supported.
Budget Management & ROI Tracking: Track the Local marketing budget spend, with ROI on marketing spends.
Pricing and Offers Creation: Work on pricing regional campaigns and exclusives constructs and offers of the market.
Digital advertising: Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM as per the marketing calendar.
Market Trends & Competitive Analysis: Provide routine competition updates in the market.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Management.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in an executive role.
- Working knowledge of the retail, FMCG, or F&B sectors.
