We're currently recruiting a Performance/Planning Lead Engineer .

Mission

Reporting to the Framework Manager (Deputy GM), you will lead and oversee performance and planning activities to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness. Your role involves developing performance metrics, managing planning processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and planning strategies for projects.
• Monitor and analyze project performance against established metrics and benchmarks.
• Coordinate and manage project planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the Framework Manager and other stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in project performance and planning, and develop action plans to address issues.
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with performance goals and planning requirements.
• Ensure that performance and planning practices comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of performance and planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in performance management and planning activities.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
• At least 10 years in a performance management or planning role, with experience in leading performance and planning activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational and communication abilities; proficiency in performance management and planning software, as well as MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
